This book represents the completion of my 43-year mission (as part of the USAF biosurveillance and Counterproliferation Team and as a DoD contractor consultant thereafter) to deliver technology to detect, collect, identify and neutralize, semi-autonomously, especially dangerous pathogens and biotoxins, as close to the source in non-permissive territory as possible, released into the environment either nefariously or naturally. This work presents a nanomaterial that is activated to kill infectious agents with nonionizing electromagnetic radiation. The bionanotechnology is shared within this book to counter nefarious use and ensure beneficial applications, including a new approach to overcome antimicrobial resistance and mutation that escapes vaccine efficacy. Hopefully, this book will wake up the biotech and nanotechnology industries to the great utility of the radio and microwave frequency controlled bionanotechnology described herein. Furthermore, it provides a plausible explanation for the Havana Syndrome.

Post script: Recently, a privately, modestly funded R&D project ,The J&R Project, has demonstrated a formulation of the material that can kill biofilm in water systems over months with environmentally available reactants and ambient energy sources. The composition is autonomously maintained.
