A prophet is not a soothsayer. Prophets are interpreters of the past, now and future. They see through the fog with clarity that is obvious to them and frustrating because of their lack of understanding of others inability to see. They are compelled, no driven, to tell what they see, even to the detriment of themselves and those they love. They have but one measure, the truth, to tell even if they would rather not. It is a Hand of what is Greater than themselves that leads, pushes, compells the way forward. Voices that cannot be silenced until they are spoken, even to the end. My book “Type B Cytochromes: Sensors and Switches”, the past, this blog, the now, “The Black Dragon Trilogy”, the vision, the dreams dreamt of the future. The last, the alternatives and options mapped out on the plain of space and time to be chosen with inevitable outcomes determined by the path chosen. “All those moments lost in time”, if ignored. Professionally dead but still alive.
